December 20th to 29th 2006

A snow-covered village, sparkling lights and the bright eyes of impatient children getting ready for Father Christmas's arrival. Events, shows, parades, workshops, hot chocolate and mulled wine for unforgettable winter holidays.


Full Moon
January 14th - February 13th - March 11st 2006

The ultimate event for night owl skiers who can spend the evening carving turns every full moon. Special evenings, DJ, events… a guaranteed magical atmosphere under the light of the moon.


Retro-ski
February 8th and 22nd 2006

La Clusaz, Winter Sports and Champions... a love story that is almost 100 years old. Over the last century, techniques have evolved and champions have emerged: Arthur Périllat (1935), Guy Périllat (1960), Raphaëlle Monod, Edgar Grospiron, Régine Cavagnoud, Vincent Vittoz, Candide Thovex... A great sound & light show in the heart of the village and a magnificent fire works display.


Savoyard evening
March 8th 2006

Savoyard evening organized by Lou Socali (folk group) and the local farmers.
Program:see how Reblochon cheese is made and taste it. Savoyard meal and folkdances.


Candide Invitational
April 1st and 2nd 2006

A totally unique freestyle event : a long natural slope in the Balme massif, the world's best riders alongside Candide Thovex - the most talented freerider of his generation -, riding, ragga and mind-blowing kicks...


Defi-Foly
April 30th 2006

An impossible waterslide challenge that remains the biggest end-of-season event. 150 participants, get together at Les Confins to attempt to cross a glacier lake on skis, monoski, snowboard... or on Unidentified Sliding Objects (USO's).

Snowboard competition in teams of 3. Freestyle Derby race in La Balme with a 600 meter vertical drop.
