Reservation : The reservation is guaranteed by the receipt of a deposit in the amount of 25% of the total rental. The deposit will be forfeited in the case of a cancellation.
Charges and Security : The rental cost includes heat, water, electricity, and agency fees. Taxes are not included. A security deposit is required to guarantee that the lodging is vacated in good condition.
Check-in and check-out : Keys can be picked up the office of l’Agence CLUSALP after 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 10:00 AM, and keys must be returned to l’Agence CLUSALP. Otherwise, upon prior agreement with the agency, the renter may take possession outside the designated hours as long as all fees have been paid in advance.
Due to heavy traffic on arrival days, renters will not be accompanied to their properties. A map and directions will be furnished along with the keys.
Inventory of fixtures : Check-out days are extremely busy, therefore the agency is unable to verify the condition of a property in the presence of the renter. However, the agency carefully assesses the condition of every property before the renter arrives and again after the renter departs, before the keys are turned over to the next renter, or in the case of a vacancy, within 48 hours.
Rules of occupancy : The renter agrees to all of the following conditions:
The rental property is for the exclusive use of the renter and his/her family. The rental is not transferable, and the property may not be sublet or otherwise occupied by a third party.
No commercial or business activity is permitted in any rental property.
All occupants are expected to obey all building or management rules associated with the rental property.
Occupancy of the rental property may in no case exceed the number specified in the rental agreement.
L’Agence CLUSALP disavows all responsibility for any losses, real or otherwise, due to circumstances not under its control.
L’Agence CLUSALP subscribes to the AXA Assurances Contract #481594301 guaranteeing the rental responsibility of its clients for the duration of the rental contract.
As a general rule, animals are not permitted in rental properties, except with the express permission of the agency.
L’Agence CLUSALP reserves the right to visit any rental property at the request of the property owner.
By their signatures below, the parties request a rental property in La Clusaz and agree to all regulations contained herein. In case of any dispute, the Court of Annecy is recognized as the sole arbiter.
